Platform Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 07 April 2026
These Platform Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to, browsing of, and use of the Easy Air Cargo platform.
The Easy Air Cargo platform is operated within an operational organization that includes DAMAK GLOBAL TRADING - F.Z.E, located at Office C1-1F-SF4563, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, UAE, as the publicly visible entity, legal support entity, and, where applicable, as collection and processing support for certain payment flows linked to the platform.
Certain software components, workflows, intellectual property elements, operating assets, data, technical tools, or operational flows of the platform may be owned, developed, licensed, administered, or operated under separate internal arrangements entered into with authorized providers, licensors, partners, or authorized economic operators.
For purposes of the relationship with Users, references to "Easy Air Cargo", "we", "us", or "our" designate the Public Operator of the Platform, unless expressly stated otherwise or where the context makes this impossible.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, publishing a shipment, accepting a mission, making a payment, or using any related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Platform" means the Easy Air Cargo digital environment, including its website, interfaces, workflows, user areas, features, and related services.
- "Public Operator" means DAMAK GLOBAL TRADING - F.Z.E when acting as the visible contracting entity, administrative support, legal support, or processing entity for certain flows linked to the Platform.
- "Authorized Provider(s)" means any authorized provider, partner, licensor, or participant involved in the technical, software, financial, administrative, or operational running of the Platform.
- "User" means any person who accesses the Platform, browses it, creates an account, publishes a shipment, accepts a mission, makes a payment, or uses a related service.
1. Purpose and nature of the platform
Easy Air Cargo is an international corridor-based digital marketplace, including for shipments from the United Arab Emirates to African destinations or any other destination configured and activated by platform administration. It connects:
- senders wishing to publish shipments; and
- verified travelers who may accept a transport mission.
Easy Air Cargo acts exclusively as a platform operator and technology intermediary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- Easy Air Cargo does not physically transport parcels;
- Easy Air Cargo does not act as an airline, freight carrier, bailee, freight forwarder, customs broker or insurer;
- Easy Air Cargo does not perform customs clearance;
- Easy Air Cargo does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any corridor, user, traveler or mission;
- Easy Air Cargo does not act as a bank, payment institution, e-money institution, trustee or contractual escrow provider unless such status expressly arises from a regulated arrangement or authorized partnership.
The platform is organized by corridors. Available, active, waitlist-only, suspended, restricted or discontinued corridors are determined by Easy Air Cargo in its reasonable discretion and displayed on the platform. A corridor is presented as publicly usable only when it has the required operational status and applicable pricing.
2. Contractual hierarchy and applicable documents
These Terms form the general contractual framework of the platform.
They apply together with, where relevant:
- corridor-specific rules;
- prohibited or restricted items policies;
- payment, refund, dispute, platform credit and resolution policies;
- the Privacy Policy;
- any information displayed at checkout, on a mission interface, in a verification workflow or in an operational area of the platform.
In case of conflict: 1. corridor-specific rules prevail for the relevant corridor; 2. specialized policies prevail over these Terms for their specific subject matter; 3. these Terms continue to govern everything not expressly covered elsewhere.
3. Eligibility and capacity
You may use the platform only if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have legal capacity to enter into a binding arrangement;
- you use the platform on your own behalf, unless Easy Air Cargo has granted prior written authorization;
- the information you provide is accurate, complete, truthful, current and verifiable.
Use of the platform under a misleading identity, for an unauthorized third party or for the purpose of circumventing verification, pricing, compliance or payment controls is strictly prohibited.
4. User account and security
Access to certain features requires account creation.
You are solely responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
- all activity conducted through your account;
- keeping your information accurate and up to date;
- maintaining reasonable security over your device, session and access methods.
Easy Air Cargo may impose additional security requirements, enhanced authentication, further checks, access restrictions or functional limitations at any time.
5. Verification and due diligence
Access to certain platform features is subject to verification, compliance, security and documentary review requirements.
a) Senders
Senders may be required to provide at minimum:
- a valid email address;
- a valid phone number;
- and any other information reasonably requested by Easy Air Cargo in connection with security, fraud, disputes, compliance or enhanced review.
b) Travelers
Travelers may be required to provide at minimum:
- a valid email address;
- a valid phone number;
- an identity document;
- a passport;
- a selfie;
- trip proof;
- and any other document, record or evidence reasonably requested by Easy Air Cargo.
Easy Air Cargo may at any time, without liability, refuse, suspend, limit, defer or withdraw verification where there is reasonable doubt concerning:
- identity;
- documentary authenticity;
- travel reality;
- safety;
- regulatory compliance;
- fraud, abuse or chargeback risk;
- or compliance with these Terms and applicable policies.
6. Corridor structure
Easy Air Cargo operates on an administered multi-corridor basis. A corridor may be created, activated, deactivated, waitlist-only, suspended, restricted, geographically narrowed, invitation-only, or removed from public display where justified by operational, regulatory, commercial, safety, pricing, or compliance considerations.
Users acknowledge that:
- not all corridors are necessarily available at all times;
- publicly active corridors depend, among other things, on administrative activation and applicable pricing;
- pricing, documents, validation, acceptance, item eligibility, refund, platform credit, evidence and handling rules may vary by corridor;
- availability of any corridor, country, city, route or item category does not create any continuity commitment.
7. Shipment publication
The sender is solely responsible for:
- the accurate, complete and non-misleading description of the parcel;
- the lawfulness of its contents;
- the declared value;
- its weight, dimensions, volume and condition;
- safe and proper packaging;
- obtaining any required authorization, declaration, information, support or formality;
- the legality of export, transit, import, delivery and final destination.
Easy Air Cargo may refuse, suspend, modify, hide or remove any shipment in its reasonable discretion where it presents operational, legal, documentary, regulatory, reputational, safety or fraud risk.
8. Mission acceptance and performance
Only a verified traveler with the required access level may accept a mission.
By accepting a mission, the traveler represents and warrants that:
- the trip is genuine;
- the traveler is personally authorized to travel;
- the traveler can lawfully carry the relevant parcel;
- the traveler will comply with airline, airport, border-control, customs and applicable legal requirements;
- the traveler will refuse any suspicious, prohibited, misdeclared, badly packed, undocumented or non-compliant parcel;
- the traveler will provide pickup, travel, handover and receipt evidence reasonably requested by Easy Air Cargo.
Easy Air Cargo does not guarantee mission acceptance by any traveler or mission completion after acceptance.
9. Legal, customs and regulatory compliance
Each user remains solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, technical rules and administrative requirements relating to their platform activity, including:
- export control;
- import control;
- customs;
- aviation and baggage rules;
- security screening;
- sanctions, embargoes and restricted party rules;
- consumer protection;
- tax obligations;
- anti-fraud and document authenticity requirements.
Easy Air Cargo may request at any time any information or document useful to assess compliance of a mission, parcel, user or corridor.
Lack of cooperation, documentary inconsistency, inaccurate information or reasonable suspicion of non-compliance may result, without notice, in suspension, blocking, refusal, removal, delayed refund, withholding of payment instruction, issuance of platform credit, account closure or reporting to competent authorities.
10. Prohibited or restricted items
Use of the platform to publish, offer, accept, carry, deliver or facilitate the transport of any unlawful, prohibited, dangerous, undeclared, counterfeit, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant item is strictly prohibited.
Items that are prohibited or may be refused include, without limitation:
- drugs, narcotics and unlawful substances;
- weapons, ammunition and explosives;
- cash and bearer valuables;
- dangerous goods, corrosive, flammable, explosive or specially regulated materials;
- unauthorized lithium batteries;
- medicines or medical products requiring restriction or authorization;
- alcohol, tobacco, nicotine or similar items where restricted or prohibited;
- counterfeit, stolen or fraudulent goods;
- gemstones, precious metals and high-value jewelry;
- official or sensitive documents where legal transport is not permitted;
- perishable, biological or temperature-sensitive goods;
- any item prohibited by applicable law, authorities, airlines, safety rules, customs rules, corridor policies or platform policies.
Easy Air Cargo may update, supplement or tighten its item acceptance rules at any time.
11. Pricing, payment and financial-flow architecture
a) Pricing
Prices displayed on the platform may depend on, among other factors:
- corridor;
- weight, volume or format;
- item category;
- declared value;
- operational availability;
- seasonality;
- risk, compliance or service parameters.
Easy Air Cargo may change pricing, pricing logic, surcharges, fees or pricing parameters at any time for future transactions.
b) Sender payment
Unless otherwise stated on the platform, the sender is charged at the time of shipment publication. The displayed and charged currency may vary by corridor or payment method; as of the effective date, the primary displayed currency on the platform is AED.
c) Payment processing
Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment provider, including Stripe, under the payment architecture available and authorized for the platform.
Depending on the applicable legal, contractual, and operational architecture, certain flows may be collected, administered, reconciled, or operated through the Public Operator and/or through an authorized partner entity or legal support structure mandated for the Platform.
Easy Air Cargo is not a bank, licensed payment institution, e-money institution, or contractual escrow provider unless such status expressly results from an identified regulated framework or authorized partnership.
d) Status of paid amounts
Amounts paid by the sender remain subject to the platform's operational flow and to the applicable rules of the payment provider, including security, fraud, cancellation, dispute, compliance, evidentiary and delivery-confirmation checks.
No amount becomes eligible for payment instruction to the traveler until the applicable release conditions have been satisfied, including, where relevant:
- documentary validation;
- receipt confirmation;
- absence of hold;
- absence of unresolved dispute;
- absence of chargeback or serious payment contestation risk;
- any other condition reasonably necessary for service security, compliance and integrity.
e) Traveler payout
Traveler payout, where due, is triggered only after validation of the applicable release conditions in the platform system and/or by the relevant payment provider.
Easy Air Cargo may refuse, delay, suspend, reduce, set off, cancel or decline to initiate any payment instruction in case of dispute, suspected fraud, chargeback, false documentation, breach of these Terms, regulatory risk, financial risk, security risk, authority request or insufficient evidence.
f) Platform fees
Platform fees compensate access to infrastructure, matching, workflow orchestration, administrative controls, evidentiary mechanisms and general service management.
Unless mandatory applicable law, payment-provider rules or a competent authority require otherwise, platform fees are systematically deducted from any refund, platform credit, adjustment or account balance granted to the user.
12. Cancellation, refunds, platform credit and adjustments
Rules relating to cancellation, refund, adjustment, deduction, withholding, set-off, non-refund or issuance of platform credit may vary depending on corridor, timing of cancellation, mission status, costs already incurred, available evidence, payment-provider rules and applicable policies.
Except where mandatory applicable law, payment-provider rules, an authority decision or an administrative decision by Easy Air Cargo require or justify a monetary refund, any refund, adjustment or commercial gesture may be granted in the form of platform credit.
Any refund or platform credit is calculated on the amount paid net of platform fees and, where applicable, any irreversible cost, compliance cost, dispute cost, provider cost or other charge legitimately incurred in connection with the mission, its cancellation, non-compliance or handling.
a) Before traveler acceptance
Before traveler acceptance, a platform credit or refund may be considered depending on the applicable circumstances, including absence of fraud, absence of payment dispute, absence of irreversible third-party cost and the rules of the payment provider.
b) After traveler acceptance
After traveler acceptance, a platform credit or partial refund may apply depending on the circumstances of the case, with deduction of platform fees and any irreversible or legitimately incurred cost.
c) Platform credit
Platform credit is:
- personal;
- account-linked;
- non-transferable;
- non-assignable;
- divisible;
- usable in multiple transactions;
- non-interest-bearing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, platform credit remains valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
Its validity period is automatically suspended during any dispute, administrative review, compliance hold, payment hold or technical unavailability affecting its use.
Easy Air Cargo may provide that platform credit is not combinable with a promotion, code, discount, voucher or commercial benefit unless expressly authorized.
d) Monetary refund of unused balance after 12 months
At the end of the applicable validity period of the platform credit, the user may request a monetary refund of the unused balance.
Any approved monetary refund will be initiated to the original payment method, unless that method is no longer available, no longer accessible, does not technically support the refund, is declined by the payment provider or relevant financial institution, or where another refund method is legally required or reasonably appropriate in the circumstances.
In that case, Easy Air Cargo may issue the refund through any other legally appropriate method, subject to identity verification, compliance, security and operational availability.
The monetary refund of the unused balance remains subject to:
- identity verification;
- absence of fraud or abuse;
- absence of legitimate set-off;
- absence of contrary instruction from an authority or payment provider;
- and any applicable legal requirement.
e) Refusal, delay or adjustment
Any refund, issuance of platform credit, conversion of credit or monetary refund may be refused, delayed, suspended or adjusted in case of suspected fraud, dispute, chargeback, false documentation, non-compliance, authority request, manifest error, regulatory risk or reasonable inability to verify the facts.
Easy Air Cargo does not guarantee banking, interbank or provider timelines after initiation of a monetary refund.
13. Disputes and administrative review
Any dispute must be reported without delay to support@easy-air-cargo.com with a sufficiently complete file including, where relevant, messages, photos, supporting records, documentary evidence, trip proof, handover proof, receipt proof, identity records or any other useful evidence.
During dispute review, Easy Air Cargo may:
- suspend the mission;
- suspend any payment or refund instruction;
- temporarily freeze platform credit;
- request further documents or explanations;
- temporarily limit account functionality;
- take any reasonable interim measure designed to prevent fraud, loss, regulatory risk or payment contestation risk.
The indicative time for initial administrative review may be displayed on the platform or communicated case by case. Any timeframe stated is indicative only and may be extended depending on complexity, party cooperation, payment-provider involvement, further documentary needs or authority requests.
Before any court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt prior amicable resolution through Easy Air Cargo administration, except in case of urgency, reasonable impossibility or overriding legal requirement.
Easy Air Cargo may issue a provisional administrative decision based on the available evidence. Such decision is for internal operational purposes and does not deprive any party of mandatory legal rights.
14. No employment, agency or partnership relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates, between Easy Air Cargo and any user, or between sender and traveler, any employment, general agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship or general representation arrangement, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Each user acts in their own name and under their sole responsibility.
15. Taxes, duties and charges
Each user is solely responsible for their own taxes, duties, customs charges, penalties, fines, declarations, administrative obligations or financial burdens arising from use of the platform, their parcels, missions or revenues, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Easy Air Cargo may collect, display, adjust, withhold or communicate certain information where required by law, a provider or a competent authority.
16. Service availability and modifications
Easy Air Cargo may at any time, without liability:
- modify any part of the platform;
- suspend, limit or remove a feature;
- impose new corridor, verification, evidence or compliance rules;
- discontinue a service, corridor, user category or item category;
- carry out technical updates, fixes, security reviews or interface changes.
The platform is provided on an availability basis only, without warranty of uninterrupted access, without continuity guarantee for any corridor and without promise that errors, delays or interruptions will never occur.
17. Suspension, restriction and termination
Easy Air Cargo may at any time, with or without notice depending on urgency, suspend, restrict, freeze, disable or terminate an account, mission, verification, access right, corridor, platform credit or payment flow in cases including:
- breach of these Terms;
- breach of an applicable policy;
- fraud or chargeback risk;
- unlawful, suspicious or non-compliant activity;
- false, expired, inconsistent or misleading documents;
- lack of cooperation in review, investigation or dispute handling;
- regulatory, reputational, financial or security risk;
- request from a competent authority;
- legitimate operational necessity.
18. Intellectual property
The Platform, its structure, texts, workflows, databases, trademarks, design, code, interfaces, non-user-generated content, and distinctive graphic elements are protected by applicable intellectual property, competition, database, and related-rights laws.
These elements belong, as applicable, to their respective rightsholders, to the Public Operator, or to authorized providers, licensors, partners, or authorized participants involved in operating the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as transferring to a User, solely by accessing or using the Platform, any right of ownership, reproduction, adaptation, exploitation, extraction, reuse, or sublicensing over the Platform or any of its components, except under an express written agreement.
No license is granted beyond the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms.
19. Data, digital evidence and record value
Users acknowledge that system logs, workflow confirmations, timestamps, mission statuses, verification records, payment histories, administrative action histories, screenshots, receipt evidence, communication evidence and other electronic records reasonably maintained by Easy Air Cargo may be used as evidence in any administrative review, dispute or proceeding, subject to applicable law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Easy Air Cargo, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, providers and advisers against any claim, action, loss, damage, liability, cost, charge, penalty or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the platform;
- your breach of these Terms or any applicable policy;
- your parcel, its contents, declaration, transport or destination;
- any fraud, false statement, regulatory breach or infringement of third-party rights;
- any customs, tax, aviation, documentary or administrative issue connected to your acts or omissions.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Easy Air Cargo is liable only for its own proven fault;
- Easy Air Cargo is not liable for acts, omissions, statements, misconduct, breaches or violations committed by users or third parties;
- Easy Air Cargo is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, lost revenue, loss of chance, reputational harm, data loss or consequential damage;
- Easy Air Cargo is not liable for any loss, seizure, detention, destruction, inspection, transport refusal, delay or authority intervention relating to a parcel, document or user;
- Easy Air Cargo's total aggregate liability in connection with a given mission or event shall not exceed the net amount actually received by Easy Air Cargo for the relevant transaction, except in case of gross negligence, fraud or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
22. Force majeure
Easy Air Cargo shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, unavailability or failure resulting from force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control, including major technical outage, provider incident, network interruption, war, conflict, strike, natural disaster, border closure, regulatory change, authority action, customs restriction, airport disruption, air-transport disruption, public-health event or critical third-party service unavailability.
23. Notices
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, any notice or communication from Easy Air Cargo may be given by platform posting, email, account notification, transactional message or any other channel reasonably associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid and monitored email address.
24. Assignment and transfer
The Public Operator may assign, transfer, delegate, charge, or otherwise dispose of all or part of its contractual rights and obligations relating to the public operation, collection activities, operational administration, or legal support of the Platform, including in the context of a restructuring, merger, financing, business transfer, or reorganization.
However, nothing in these Terms shall, by itself, be interpreted as automatically assigning, transferring, delegating, or disposing to a third party of the software assets, databases, workflows, intellectual property elements, operated brand, economic assets, technical components, or other intangible assets of the Platform where such assets belong to separate rightsholders, licensors, partners, or authorized providers.
Any transfer materially affecting the public operation of the Platform may, where required, result in an update of these Terms and appropriate notice to Users.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations without the prior written consent of Easy Air Cargo.
Internal platform organization
The technical, financial, software, administrative, or operational running of the Platform may rely on separate internal arrangements concluded between the Public Operator and authorized providers, partners, licensors, or authorized economic operators.
These internal arrangements govern the internal allocation of roles, rights, responsibilities, technical means, or operational flows among authorized participants, without in themselves affecting Users' rights of use under these Terms.
25. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by Easy Air Cargo to exercise any right or remedy at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
26. Survival
Any provisions which by their nature should survive suspension, termination or account closure, including those relating to payments, platform credits, disputes, liability, indemnity, intellectual property, evidence, compliance, taxes, jurisdiction and retention, shall remain effective after the contractual relationship ends.
27. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any mandatory competence of an authority or court that may otherwise apply under applicable law, the parties agree that the courts of Ajman shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
28. Language
These Terms are drafted in French, English and Arabic. All three versions are provided in full for contractual and practical compliance purposes.
In the event of interpretive inconsistency, Easy Air Cargo may produce an updated legal version in the required language where mandated by law, requested by an authority or justified by local compliance requirements.
